Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate requests made after this timeframe, as the order will likely have entered the processing phase. If you successfully cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
We stand by our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to fully experience the benefits of Zelique. If you are still unsatisfied and wish to return the items, you can do so after the 14-day period, as long as it falls within our 60-day money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged only if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, that does not affect the product's condition is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at hello@zelique.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors that may arise during the shipping process. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance. Zelique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
